Which makes him 60 years, 22,133 days old, and still playing awesome music! ***edit to add: ;) ***
(I can (and have) listen to his music all day long...especially when I'm just out alone with my camera.) Favorites have to be live versions of Country Road and Steamroller.
He just ended a summer tour, concluding at Red Rocks in my home state of Colorado. Man, that would be the ultimate forum to see him at, out in the night sky.
He's has 6 grammy awards and numorous other awards/recognitions including Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Honorary Doctorate. Been on the Simpsons (at least his voice), Saturday Night Live, Sesame Street, and even West Wing.
(in case you haven't noticed yet, YES he is still alive, I was just sitting here listening to him, getting my day started and thought I'd have some fun and pass on some useless info...and no, this doesn't need to be made into a political debate because he is playing for Obama this weekend here in NC, you can still like someone without liking what or who they believe in)

Scott, when someone lists a person's name followed by beginning & ending dates, it typically denotes their having passed away. Sorry, but it is very confusing / misleading for you to have listed things this way.
(btw - thanks for pointing him out, as I REALLY needed to hear 'You've Got A Friend' this morning.) |
