What's with the huge increase in spam in the forums???

| There are companies in India and other places that get paid to have their people infest web communities and pretend to be "one of the gang" and use the site to post links to their clients sites. This looks like what has been hapenning a lot here lately. We should come up with a way to discourage them or make it impossible - liek not allow posting of links in profiles or forums until 60 days after registration or 100 posts or something. Maybe something easier? |

| I don't think it would even take that much. Probably a week and/or half a dozen posts would do it, because I suspect that they wouldn't bother returning if they couldn't do their spam first try; it wouldn't be worth their time and effort. |
