Well, the show is over and for my first ever show it was very successful - I took over £7700 ($14000) worth of orders actually at the show (getting a chance to christen my new credit card machine) and potentially more than double that in very good leads - just have to wait for brides to speak to fiancees before booking. Managed to distribute over 1300 brochures as well so hoping for some increase in website traffic over the next few weeks.
On top of that I actually have a `trash the dress`(hastily renamed to `cherish the dress` as it sound less fatal) booking for next year - she said she wanted to do something different so we racked our brains and I came up with the idea of an early morning shoot next Autumn in Richmond Park, she went mad for the idea!! (after showing her some shots on the website etc). So that should be a LOT of fun.
Also met lots of other photographers, the majority of whom were really happy to chat, so plenty of networking going on.
All in all very successful - I have already rebooked for next year.. Heres a picture of the stand prior to opening on the 2nd day.

Classy-looking display and so nice that you got yourself a corner spot. Very nice - you should get lots of "word-of-mouth" referrals as well.
