Nope, no chain. It's gonna be a retirement here as well. Decided what you want to be when you grow up, yet? :)

Demob usually refers to the reservist or other people called to active duty for a short period of time, not usually regular active duty personnel just reaching the end of their service.

EAOS/EAS would be correct if the member has reached the end of their obligated time (contract done).
