Yep, just got the email today explaining to me that the United States Government has officially changed the American Eagle mascot to the old reliable.....condom.
The email went like this.....
'The government today announced that it is changing its national symbol to a Condom.
The condom because it more accurately reflects the government's political stance.
A condom allows for inflation, halts production, destroys the next generation, protects a bunch of pricks, and gives you a sense of security while you're actually being screwed.'
It doesn't get any more accurate than that.

I guess the national emblem of Peru could be the condor, which is only one letter removed... ;-Þ
