An error occurred: Your photograph is 560x698, which does not meet the size requirements.

I thought a file could be 640 length-wise and I've not seen a height limit anywhere, am I missing something or is this a technical screw up?

640 on either side is the longest it can be ...

The longest dimension is 640, not height.
