I just finished voting. I could not believe my eyes... Average vote 4.2...
The quality at DPC at this moment sucks beyond belief.

I did not expect this at all. After some stuff I read about renewing subscriptions I voted on some challenges. I am shocked, really, this is bad

I am totally offended by that statement. First of all I would like to point out that if Azrifel gave out an average score of 4.2 I would have to think there would be some 3 or less votes given. He did NOT comment on any of the Studio Portrait shots, so that means that he a) ignored the DPC suggestion of leaving constructive comments on all votes of 3 or less and b) he feels he can bitch and complain about the quality of entries, but yet does nothing as far as leaving helpful comments to help people improve. If the quality is slipping, this is part of the reason why and he is just as much a part of it as anyone.

As for the Studio portrait challenge, I think it is a poor choice to have put into "basic" editing rules, since most portraits do require some special post processing treatment which is not possible in basic. This would make this crop of photos certainly look bland compaired to other portraits on the site done in advanced ruleset. There is however no excuse for entering nature shots for a studio portrait challenge.

My 2 cents.

I got an Azrifel comment on my Studio Portrait. An honest opinion, but not a generalized opinion according to other comments....but honest nonetheless.

Damn it I hate when I show myself wrong! LOL

My apologies as I just now realized that his comments for a challenge still in voting will not show up in his stats until after the challenge is released from voting. So I will take back what I said about him not commenting on the challenge. My apologies, my mistake. :)
