hi now that ive got youre attention iv vanted to ask you
my brother has a profile on this site but he almost never submits
and now i have 2 idieas for the strength does it say somwhere in the rules that i cant login as 2 difrent persons |

Yes, multiple accounts and multiple submissions to a single challenge are not allowed.

| You may submit one photo under one profile only. If it's discovered that you're submitting from multiple accounts, you will likely be suspended or banned. |
