Yes, I am. Completely honest. Even with Eric's photo... the album is named 'my photos', and it is a photo that I took. Hence, MY photo :D Just because I am not revealing certain details about my identity, does not mean I am being dishonest.

Interesting point - and it feels good to realize it IS all true :) thanks for pointing it out.

**es·ca·pade** - a usually adventurous action that runs counter to approved or conventional conduct (m-w.com) yep, that's me!

By using the MySpace Services, you represent and warrant that (a) all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (c) you are 13 years of age or older; and (d) your use of the MySpace Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation. Your profile may be deleted and your Membership may be terminated without warning, if we believe that you are under 13 years of age, if we believe that you are under 18 years of age and you represent yourself as 18 or older, or if we believe you are over 18 and represent yourself as under 18.

Wouldn't clause (d) ... use of the MySpace Services does not violate any applicable law... make this thief in violation of MySpace regulations? Can't MySpace deal with this?

I've already submitted the copyright violation to MySpace. Their response indicated that they 'couldnt find the specific photo', so I am trying to get back on her friends list & send MySpace support a direct link.

Screen shots have already been saved, and will be included with the links, per instructions from MS.

Wouldn't it be easier to just ask someone else who is already established to friend her and get the link?

I would volunteer but I don't have a myspace.....

Good luck with your quest!

UPDATE :)

WooHoo - She fell for it! Unfortunately, she deleted my photo before MySpace support could bust her... but she also has stolen pics from another local photog!

Thankfully, I just got off the phone with him & have sent the information he'll need to report her. This means that all of YOU have helped another photog keep what is rightfully his.

DPC to the rescue again...

thanks everyone!! :D

I'll be sure to report any further progress!
