I recently did my friend's senior pictures, and there are special file specifications for the yearbook.

and I REALLY don't want to mess it up :]

so. can someone assist me in saving the files correctly?

the following specifications for size

300 dpi (minimum)&
11.5 x 14 picas

thanks in advance!

If you are using Photoshop (or most other editors), you can set the Crop Tool options to exactly those numbers, then crop your photos and they will automatically end up that size.

FWIW, a "Pica" is a printer's measure = 1/6 inch, so they want the pictures approximately 1-1/8 x 1-1/3 inches (calculating in my head).
