Is this possible? I've sent messages to the contact us addresses about this but I've had no response. I'd like to submit for abstract emotion and I'd quite like to go to bed now (it's 1am here - I've got lectures tomorrow morning!).
Would it be possible to submit under my d40x and change it later on? Has anyone done this before?
Thanks!

I've replied to both your queries, but to publically sum up - yes, it is possible to change the listed camera later, but if the camera you used to take the shot doesn't support EXIF, it won't be allowed to be used to submit for challenges, so you'd run the risk of having your shot DQd.

There is a specific link under Help--> Contact Us --> DPChallenge - Equipment Addition/Change
If you enter in all the information about the camera, provide details about the manufacture, etc, and if it is a camera that has not been listed before, a sample file so that the EXIF data can be checked out, you should get turn around in short order. I typically have seen turn around in less than 12 hours with SC.
I hope this helps |

But it sounds like the camera you are trying to use does not support EXIF data so you image would get DQd as Manic said below.... |
