Dang, let this thread slide off of my forums, time to play catch-up.
Jac, sorry to hear you can't make it, but like you said maybe next time...
Too late to do the butterfly thing, but that reminds me, ralph...would you mind letting me try that 60mm 2.8 at the VI gtg? I'll even sign a waiver if you like :-) |

dress warm - low on Sat is 1C & a high of +10C so Sunday will not be much warmer .. |

I'm still planning to be there. Does anyone have a link to a good, quick map? I've never been there before, so I'm not sure where to go.
Think there will be any wildlife to shoot, for the Wildlife challenge this week? |

Are we talking about the same place Philemon Island/ Victoria Island ??

if you drive down middle St there is parking at the end ..
should be geese & gulls ;)

Oh = I was confused as to the location - I thought we were talking Petrie island. I like the Victoria island idea, because of the old buildings, and the water near there. Should be some interesting shots for sure.

hey peeps. I might have to duck out of this one. I feel a cold coming on :(

Morning guys...

yeah, maybe you're right! perhaps i should change my name to sniffles for the next week or so! *sigh* oh well, I'll live.
I have such a cool house and love showing it off :-) - thinking of having a late-November/early-December Xmas party at my place, invite y'all and a few of my horsey clients over as well. I must mention that I am owned by 2 cats, just to give a heads-up!
I'll start a thread about that a little closer to the time though.
