After looking at the photos submitted I should have stuck to my original idea that showed recognizable objects, because my submission is tanking. It will be interesting to see the top photos in this challenge.

If I see any of the entries with a recognizable face/thing win ribbons in this challenge, I have my choice awards ready (, along with many other coveted ones) for the real deserving candidates, dont worry:-)

Your ignorance is showing. Abstract doesn't mean unrecognizable. You completely miss the point if that is your focus.

Okay, as long as the emotion doesn't come from the recognition. In other words, no symbols allowed.

Rules rules rules. You're becoming so mainstream these days. :P

I may be ignorant, but I am not the only voter, am I? You are welcome not to honor my ribbon if/when you deserve it, but please, dont blame everyone's opinion on me.. no fair dude! ;-).. just hope other voters are knowledgible to suit your definition.. heh.

Prash, if I ever win your award I'll honor it but only if it is in fact Prash's #1 choice. I don't want any handouts. :P

Not even my newly instigated 'Never mind what monkey see, he's thinking monkey do' award?

Is it just me or are a lot of the entries in this challenge NOT abstracts?? Either that or I interpreted it differently because I feel like I went in a different direction than most of them...

I was about to say the same thing....

Abstract Emotion is a lot different than Abstract.

Abstract is not always about having ones ear where their nose should be.

With that being said.... according to you all... the voters. I have Failed.

Oh for sure you will deserve the #1 award if you get it. Check out my page for the current winners ;-)
Thanks for taking all this in a light hearted manner, appreciate it!

I looked high and low for an abstract way to represent apathy.

Finally it hit me.... I didn't enter. ;-)
