Well, I hate starting a new thread when an old one will do, so Claire's fascinating photos get a free plug first. :-)

I'm headed away on vacation, so I thought I'd check my "Prints Not For Sale" section, where I found a ton of prints which had been approved but not activated. I also took the opportunity to have Langdon check out all the photos from the recent visit by Bear_Music to the Carmel/Big Sur/Monterey area.

All of my "Best of 2011" alternates had their print versions approved .,..

Since I've been advised by several people that my print prices are ridiculously low, I'm starting to go through my print portfolio and raising them -- if there's any ptint of mine you've always craved, best go shopping now if you want a bargain -- I'm already up to the "B"'s ...

So I found I could take those products of the Flip/Blend/Distort process and turn them into "frames". I've taken a bunch of them and used them with some of my favorite quotations and made them into "mini motivational posters" -- the 4x6 size can be addressed and stamped and sent as a postcard via the US Mail -- and they're also available as 8x12.

Some can be made larger by special request, and I have even more (unused) borders and a gazillion fonts if anyone wants something with their own quotation ...

The gallery is here: Quotation Plaques ... a few examples:

Abraham Lincoln on Corporations

Anatole France on The Law

Audrey Hepburn on Kindness

A.A. Milne on Discovery

Pearl S. Buck on Open-mindness

Erma Bombeck on Housework

Oh, yeah, the mini-posters are available for the ridiculously low, low price of ONE DOLLAR! ... :-)

He worked his EM off to put his post together, cut him some slack!

No, but the micro-switch underneath it has been erratic lately, sometimes not entering a character and sometimes entering two ...

One quotation I haven't put up yet is the graphic artist's mantra: "There's always a typo"
