So, i've been looking into doing some sweet IR photography, but wondering...
what is the best filter for my canon 400D?
i've read a few places that Hoya has some nice ones, but i wanted to hear from a few of you and your experiences.
Thanks you guys! |

Hoyas are the best for the money.
You also realize that you're going to be doing long exposures in bright light unless that 400D is IR converted, so bring a tripod. |

Cokin makes an IR filter as well, if you use their system. I hope to get one myself in the next few months.
