Is it only in PhotoShop or does everything look pink on your monitor?

I thought it was just me!!! Everything, including black & white, has a distinct reddish tinge in Photoshop. I have uninstalled and re-installed 3 times. Finally gave up and use Digital Image Pro. It looks great on the monitor, but when I print preview and print, the red is definitely there - all over. It's not there on the monitor and not there in either Digital Image Pro.

Sounds like your masking is on. :-)

On the toolbar, right below the tools there's the two color palette squares (foreground and background) and just below that are two more squares - the masking on and masking off buttons. They are square and have a circle in the middle. Click the one on the left.

Hope this helps!

Edit: Hmm, maybe not. Just read ai's post...

Maybe the Easter bunny changed things around while you were sleeping?:-D
Sorry I have no clue.

This could very well be a color space issue. Make sure that Photoshop is set to sRGB color space by selecting edit/color settings. The RGB working space should be set to "sRGB IEC61966-2.1". If this is not the case, change the setting and see if that improves things.

I suggest you re-install your Photoshop.

Are you sure you haven't got the quick mask feature turned on? It's located in the tools palette, 3rd item up from the bottom. Click on the left image that looks like a clear circle in a clear square.
