| I see that of the to 10 entries in DOF iv, 70 persent have one votes. Is this being monitored at all to establish if there are people voting a mass of photos 1 for whatever reasons they may have? |

DPC has a system in place that looks for abnormalities in voting. I believe it to be applied to low and high votes. But I could be wrong. |

These votes are scrubbed at rollover if seen to be disruptive.
i.e. if you vote mostly 1's or 10's your votes will most likely be scrubbed at rollover.
