I looked at the directory and it doesn't list Seattle's Best Coffee.. there is a Seattle's Best T-shirt, but let's play it safe and meet by the fountain.
OK.. so it sounds like we have a plan...

Seattle, Washington

Everyone ok with that time?? We can always make another meeting point later in the day for anyone who needs to come later! Just let me know! |

It would be nice to wait somewhere that has chairs and tables, i.e. a food court, perhaps? |

Food court - 3rd level sounds great!
We tend to be hard to miss with all our huge cameras..... everyone else only carries the tiny toy ones, so it will be easy!
Looking forward to it..... let's keep bumping the thread every now and then so we get plenty of locals seeing it. |

Darn, we would have loved to host you in our guest house for a couple of days up here in Anacortes but we already have company for that weekend. You might still want to consider coming up to Anacortes on Sunday the 28th. Not only will you get to see the nearby Decpetion Pass State Park but you would get to see our annual Oyster Run Motorcycle Ralley
Oyster Run 2007
always a great photo event!
Either way hope you all have a blast. |

Looks like fun J.B.! How far is Anacortes from Seattle??

About one and half hour drive north, 70 miles or so. On Sunday if the weather is good the road leading in (Hwy 20) can get pretty jammed at mid day. If you decide to come up for it adn we have good weather you would want to come early. The event normally peaks around one and starts dying off by three or four. BTW - it is often difficult to gauge the weather in Anacortes by what it is doing in Seattle. We live in kind of a rain shadow. |

Mt Rainier is awesome. I took this from the window of a passenger jet while on a business trip. I was surprised it turned out so well. It actually took second place in the Black and White II competition a while back.

Seriously, it would be great to meet some of the Northwest DPCers during the break. We are not too familiar with the area but know that there is alot to shoot here. Please PM me or my wife so we can figure some day or evening to meet, if even for a few drinks....
Thanks babe for starting this thread. You are the BEST!!!
Mt Rainier is awesome btw!
