About the only tutorial I could find on applying the zone system was from someone showing how it works with astrophotography using levels and curves in photoshop. This is my first try using what I learned, am I getting close?

I do not know about zones, but it looks fabulous to me, love the stark, crisp feel and vivid b/w. Great shot!

Ummm, yeah, what is it? I suppose I could do a web search on the term.

Well, that was productive. The second hit on Google was the other post on this topic, where Alan made a typo.
