Ahh there you are! I've always loved you post processing. Based on your statement you should be having a REALLY happy day today lol. |
haha, it dawned on me afterward that that may have looked like I was fishing for profile views which I was NOT but... Thank you! |

1. Go into your profile.
2. Take the number next to "selected as favorite photographer."
3. Square your Average Vote Received.
4. Divide #2 by #3.
This is your fame quotient. The higher the number, the more famous you are. Mine is 3.22 |
5.60 - Whooh hooh!

seriously (not) -- your formula works for those with the "dpc-friendly" images and high-scorers. can you work something up that helps us not quite so "standard" photogs? :)
(Mine was 2.5) |

Mine is 0.01. Couple more low scoring entries and I'll dissapear.... (or need more decimal places.)
No! Wait! The lower my average score, the bigger my favorites look. Brown ribbon, here I come!

I must be pretty obscure, it's a negative number. : )
Actually, for me it's about 1.4, the on the far horizon of fame threshold LOL.
I think that we are all wrong, I did all the steps, and when I divide 2by 3 it is .66666667 every time.
It's all in the spin you put on it.

Actually, my formula penalizes high scores.
But clearly not enough. |

At first I thought it worked.
Then â€Â¦ I came to the realization that I slightly more famous than Whiterook!
2.76 vs. 2.68
Could that be true? |

NEW REVISED HYPOALLERGENIC FAME FORMULA
1. Take your "selected as favorite photographer" total.
2. Subtract 4 from your Avg Vote Received.
3. Take the square of #2.
4. Divide #1 by #3.
5. Round to nearest integer.
I am 72!
DrAchoo is only 69. Sorry, DrAchoo...
