I recognize most (90%) in this post. I think there are a few out there I've interacted with that might recognize my screen name.
The greatest thing about this site, I believe, is the people that are here and the character that they each bring, both in and out of the forums.

Don't use that formula. It's dumb. It divides by the number of times you are selected as favorite photographer. In other words, it penalizes you for being favorited. Use my formula, which penalizes you for scoring high! |
Lets just make this simple. Just ask me if you are truly famous, and I will let you know. Slipping a dollar under my door for... ahem.. expediting charges always helps get you a speedy, favorable reply.

LOL, if I have to do math to see if I'm famous or infamous on DPC I'll never know the answer.
I am firmly convinced that two and two is as likely to be 'twenty two' as 'four'. I am told
this is a bad start for doing arithmetical problems.
but, yeah, I recognize everybody who has posted to far. You're all famous.

It's also eleven if you do the problem in Base-3 ... c.f. Tom Lehrer's excellent primer New Math for a more complete (and melodic) explanation.

If I had to come up with a formula it would be something that included these stats:
- Number of DPC birthday cards delivered
- Number of woodies entered in challenges
- Number of woodies in portfolio
- Number of SPs in portfolio * * * *
- Number of Godzilla Edits
- Number of villages burned
- Number of beers consumed while on DPC
- Number of hours wasted doing all of the above
- Number of attempts to quit DPC cold turkey
- Number of DPC relapses
If you add all those up, I wonder.....
