You mean, won't deliver the same optical quality from it's lens. If the Casio camera accepted SLR lenses, the insane FPS of the Casio would give some pretty amazing video.
I find this a fascinating development. A bit gimmicky to begin with, but I'm future generations of this video implementation will be better. To me, the major drawback would be the sound capture limitations. Those little on-board mics are crap, crap, crap.

D90 Indroduced
Like I said, the D200 is nice but it is tgetting a bit long in the tooth. The new D90 will get you many of the new tech features Nikon has introduced with the D300, D700, D3. |
