To My Fellow Olympians
I want to thank you all so very much for playing this time around. It has been a hell of a ride and fun!!!
Everyone that participated whether you won points or not, you all should be really proud of yourselves, just for sticking around for the whole 8 weeks,
So thank you guys for the roller coaster!
P.S, I need someone to make up some winning medals for the front page, mine look like the cat played with PS.

Where is the closing ceremony? Maybe a virtual pup so that I can take you out for a drink? Even though we do have one more week before we can hand out medals I do as well would like to thank you and any body that has helped you for making this a happening and having a fun time. I most certainly would have not entered 8 contests in a row.
I also would like to give an early "Hipp Hipp Hurray" for begin our German team captain, you motivated us well. Tim

I do belive that Dirt Diver is going to do that one, he has been pulling on the bit trying to change the scoring system, so I belive that if anyone other than Dirt tries to do it, we will all die shocking mangled deaths!

Thanks to everyone that got this started and kept it going...
Also a major thanks to my team-mates for keeping our score up despite my images pulling us down so much!
Can somebody post the link to the standings? I can't seem to find it....guess I'm overly sleepy

I don't know about that but yes I will set up and plan the next DPCO...
I have a bunch of thoughts so just hang tight and I will create a new thread in the next day or so... |

Well there is still a week of scoring left but yes for the submissions they are over. Were sorry...
In the next DPCO it will be a longer challenge. |

Longer? I found this one just a tad too long. I was going to suggest 6 weeks for the next one but I won't. ;]
If we did this during another season I wouldn't have a problem but not during the summer vacation months. Hey, let's have Summer and Winter DPCO's.

Juliett and DD, you two are fantastic! DD for the spreadsheet skills and Juliet for harassing me! I am happy to have been apart of the DPCO II and look forward to #III.
Does this mean this :

I have to add thanks also to the people involved - it was great playing this time and the last time also :o)
I want to ask again though about the "medals" for the last Olympic round (the first one) - the Icelandic team never received any???

Vlado, thank you for making those amazing medals. Heini should be in touch to give them out to the winners.
As for the first round of medals, you will have to talk to the original founder of the DCPO I. |
