I am typing this from Andi's Ecce Signum car as we dash around the UK on the BritBallRun. Today is the second day and we currently making our way from Chatham in Kent to Stonehenge in Somerset. As part of todays tasks we have to find a calendar from 2006.

This is where you guys come in.

Can any of you create a 1 page photo calendar for us using THIS PHOTO:

We need all the dates and the photo on one page and in JPEG format.

The plan is that once the calendar is done, you email it to us at fundraising@rosemcgill.co.uk and we then take it to a printers somewhere along the way and get it printed!

So, can anyone help us??

Many thanks in advance,

Natalya and Andi :o)

Thanks, Judi! I don't have any calendar software so was going to attempt it kinda by hand. Was hoping someone else could get it done faster! You rock!

And Andi and Natalya - hope you're having a blast!!

Judi, YOU'RE A STAR!

If you haven't sent it already Judi could you add your name or company name to it somewhere...just so it looks like someone else really did make it ;)

Using the laptop in the car is difficult, trying to create a calendar on it whilst whizzing around country lanes is impossible!!

I can't believe how quickly you did it!

Deb, we are having a great time, after the first day we were in joint 1st position so thats spurred us on to try and get everything we need today!! Weather was lovely yesterday and the roof was down most of the day...today it's back to British summer....rain!

Ok....the second one is on its way...it would have been sooner but my main pc decided to freeze up and not reboot properly, so I had to transfer everything to another pc as this one isn't set up for processing. I got it back over here to email to you. I hope it is ok, as the images were small to begin with. but you should be able to print at 6x4 or bigger.

Judi, many thanks for the great Calendar, got us an extra 2 points and boy where they needed! and, thanks for trying Deb :)

The final day was much harder than last year with lots of extra things to find. Talj had to cross the finish line carrying Cream Tea for 2 (over speed bumps as well lol).

So, after 3 days and 600+ miles driving around England looking for clues for our next destination and completing tasks/collecting special items that included me wearing stockings, asking a member of the public for a lock of their hair at stonehenge, getting a wool shop owner to open up on a Sunday to sell us some red/white/blue wool and spelling Brit Ball Run out in alpabeti spaghetti we crossed the finish line a full one point ahead of the competition and crowned BritBall Run Champions for 2008! Driving for over 600 miles with each mile adding 2 points to your score then finishing within 1 point of each other shows just how close things were and reckon my driving style of cutting corners (safely) may have made that 1/2 mile difference lol.

I only did the driving and running around so a big (big) thanks go to my navigator/co-ordinator/photographer Talj for engineering our victory over some very stiff and competitive competition!

There are a couple of pics of us and the Trophy we just squeezed into the car here

Think Andi has said it all, it's been a very eventful weekend and now it's time for some much needed sleep!

Thanks again for your help Judi (and Deb), with the scores so close you really did play a big part in getting us the trophy! That said, I'm afraid we won't be posting it to you to let you share in the glory but we promise to stick the calendar somewhere near it for a month :o)

Sleeeeeeep time now!
