I purchased a new camera bag today. The model is the "Grand Canyon" by MRock. I did a lot of research finding a bag I felt would fit all my needs for a good price....I like the fact I can use the bag on my shoulder, as a backpack, or as a chest pack. I can purchase the modular-belt and use it on my waist and I can add extra small bags to this system if I have a need to carry more. This brand features many sizes and styles which are practical and economical. Here is some information on MRock camera bags:

In January of 1995 Michael Rockwell established M-ROCK. Michael saw a need for well thought out and user friendly, outdoor style camera bags. It took a few years to get the product just right and to overcome the many obstacles found in today's complicated and competitive business world.

In November of 1998 M-ROCK launched the first version of today's much enthused MULTI line. MULTI has everything, top notch quality, good looks, a bag sized just right for most cameras and an abundance of unique and user friendly features.

Passion, determination, a great product line and a lot of luck have brought success to
M-ROCK. If you have a dream, a whole bunch of enthusiasm mixed in with a touch of reality, don't give up because this is America!

MRock Features:

Two padded, adjustable shoulder straps can be carried as a shoulder bag, backpack, or a chestpack.

A protective jacket that covers the entire bag.

Dual closure - zipper and front buckle opening/closing.

Ultra-soft, non-abrasive, digital-friendly interior lining.

A very protective, hugging rainflap.

Three pockets! An internal passport pocket, a deep mesh pocket in the lid, and a front pocket with elastic divider.

Large belt loop behind each MULTI camera bag.

Thick closed cell foam and plastic panel inserts for extra protection and structural rigidity.

Bungee straps for carrying accessories below the bag such as: wind-breaker, gloves, umbrella, small tripod.

Lifetime warranty on workmanship and materials with normal use of the bag.

Here is the website for MRock: //www.m-rock.com

In case anyone is interested I purchased the bag from e.bags at: //www.ebags.com -->> all the MRock bags are on special, and shipping and handling is free! I've use e.bags in the past and have found their prices, services, and merchandise to be excellent.

Another style of bag with a much different style/function is the DELSEY Pro. Had never heard of it. While on a recent trip to find a shoulder bag for 3 bodies, 6 lenses, film, flash cards, chargers, Flash, and the rest of the periferals that go to support this kind of a system, the store staff recommended I consider this one. After an hour on the store's floor with my gear, walked out with it. Made by the same manufacturing group that is part of Bogen Manfrotto.

All zippers are reverse seamed and the material is waterproof. Styling is contemporary and understated. It does not "look" like a camera bag.

Just another option. Delsey Pro.

Mine is I believe the pro bag 2.
