And, when exactly do you have breakfast? I'm at 4.9 right now with a shot that imho fits the morning challenge. No, its not a 'breakfast' shot its a Morning shot. I'll bow down to all the DNMC voters that don't get up till the afternoon to eat breakfast so don't understand ;)

I understand that breakfast takes place in the morning, so do showers and newspapers and rush hour etc etc etc. The point is that there were a LOT of breakfast shots and they made me think FOOD not MORNING.

Jason, I'm not having a personal dig at you, if you were in the minority then that would be the norm but it would appear yours is the common consensus. Using your thought process it would be impossible to take a shot reflecting 'Morning' what would be a good way to reflect morning to you? or anybody else for that matter.
That said, In lawn I had a comment stating there was too much grass! that shot ended on the right score imho and was suprised it finished so high (33/151 with a 5.8).

Have you considered that perhaps folks were trying not to do the stereotypical "morning sun" kind of shot?

Again, some astounding votes.
I took an 8 that raised it up to 5.350. The very next vote was a 1, that dropped it to 5.2787, with NO COMMENT! Here, it SUCKS OUT LOUD, but I won't take the time to tell you why. Amazing...
I don't know about you, but if I ever give something a 1 it must be REALLY shitty, and I think I would have to leave a cussing to go with it, for the owner of such a disaster.

Hi hear ya, however, its mandatory to receive 2% of your votes as a 1 - especially for ribboners! That said I do receive 10's on images that quite frankly deserve no more than a 7 ;)

That meant it was a joke.
There was a heavy breakfast percentage however you choose to look at it. Seemed like more so than in the first Morning Challenge. |

Turned on scores to see if my FS was doing OK (I suppose it is, but I'm still kinda disappointed). My Morning is at a lovely 4.9, thankyouverymuch! Edit to add that won't be a personal worst. Or even a second worst. And I'm thinking of entering Woody, so there's a very fine chance I could have multiple fours in the same month! Woo hoo!

| In the last 14 votes I dropped .1 and came back up to .08 above. But with my first vote being a freakn "2" I'm just happy its above my avg now. And my morning shot now has more votes then my fallen shot!? go figure! |
