I wish to process a photo using dodge & burn tool before doing the rest of the processing, If I burn areas of the image,and then use selective color, neutral, and then darken the image which will give the image a new look, is this creating new features.
Advanced Editing.
*
apply filters, effects, dodge & burn, and other tools to all or part of your entry, but NO new shapes or features may be created in the process.

You may be better off sending the before and after to the SC via a ticket!
