I posted the focal lengths on each of the photos details. None were taken at 300mm. Farthest was 230mm.

I'm just using the kit lens. I don't have funds now for another yet. Compared to my last camera though the kit lens is 10000 percent better...

Mine are here. Haven't had much time tho to shoot even tho I have been very eager to do so. Been working too much!
Anyway, my first submission with the 300D got killed so 2morrow's sihoette challenge should be interesting. Still have to submit!

Recently upgraded from the SONY F707 to the F828.
Here are a few samples.



I am really enjoying the up grades (uses CF card, increased resolution, larger LCD screen, more optical zoom, cam shoot in RAW format ect.) Most of all though I like the focus ring zoom. It is much faster and dousn't use up my battery.
I will admit though that my scores have not really seen the upgrade :).

Although I still haven't taken any really great photos, here's a cliche reject for the free study challenge. Taken with the 18-55mm lens


The 300D kills my old s85...cards are cheaper too.
