Having Computer Speaker on same tabel say, less than 6-7 inches away from monitor affect , output of Monitor.
I am about calibrate the monitor , so should i keep the monitor and speaker that close

Speakers can affect monitors, since they rely on strong magnieic field to drive the voice coil. Most better speakers made specifically for computers are shielded so there should be little or no effect, however.

If they're not shielded they can.

If it's "Shielded" it would be fine.
I heard that if you unplug or move a monitor you should recalibrate. Also lighting can make your setting look different. |

Thanks. Well lighting some how is not really great where i work, so in order to totally avoid any affect i work in totally dark room.

It will also take some time for your monitor to re-adjust itself after you move the speaker - a couple of days or more, depending on how good your monitor is, how heavily it's been affected etc.
Also, it should not affect a TFT screen.

Well i was not aware that speaker affect monitor, I hope Printer doesnt as it also nesxt to my monitor

I get a pink hue on my monitor when the speakers are too close. When I move the speakers away the hue will diminish, but like e301 says, its takes a few days to completely go away. |

so does that mean, complete end to me listening songs using my PC, Correct Color on Monitor is important for me

Just last call
Hving Speakers aroun pc affects color of monitor, so that means end of listening to music? I mean i listen to lots of music using Pc, so what do i do now
