Richard, I'll try to figure out which preset I used and let you know. I downloaded a bunch of templates one day from the Adobe site (I think it was there.) I rather like using them. I caution folks not to use them for basic, though - quite a few add vignetting.

No actual comment required - I just want my writing skills to be appreciated. :-) (Technically - could be stronger, though probably that needed to start with the base exposure; compositionally, one of my commenters hit the nail on the head with the placement of the silhouetted person; meeting the challenge - totally sucked.)

You're leaving some very good, very helpful, and very thoughtful comments - thanks for doing this!

Good point about the vignetting. As far as I know everything other than that and spot editing non-dust is legal if done in Lightroom. Although I haven't seen anybody submit an aggressive Lightroom edit yet and you can do some pretty funky things including LucisArt/Tonemapping like effects in Lightroom or ACR.
