Forgive me brothers and sisters for I have sinned. I found myself shooting in JPG the other day (the first time ever with the `D`) and one of the shots I actually quite like, so much so I want to enter it into the freestudy. As long as the JPGs have the EXIF intact, are they still OK for validation? Its been so long since I last entered a `shot in JPG` image that I have kinda forgotten..
Still, me - shooting in JPG - who'd have thunk it.
EDIT - not that I am trying to sound too cocky and expect it to need validation.. but you know how it is - we always live in hope..

Being someone who doesn't work in the RAW, I can safely confirm that the EXIF from your jpeg is valid, of course only if it has the correct parameters, like the right time. :)

Not to be rude but how do you think people who don't shoot in RAW get their shots validated? :)

to be honest, I have been shooting RAW for so long now (since I got my 300D) I actually completely forgot about shooting in JPG. seriously... bad me.
Note to self - dont forgot about the little people.

J... Peg... is this jpeg used in flim cameras because I have never heard of this thing! JK Your fine shooting in jpeg!

I submit the original jpeg, with the included EXIF info.
