I'm only about a third of the way thru and I just need to say this is by far and away the best set of submissions I have ever seen on this site. I've already given out more 10's by probably double than I ever have before and I've only seen about 120 of them. I'm happy that I didn't submit, I would have been crushed by you guys.

GREAT JOB EVERYONE!!!

I opened the first page of the March Free Study challenge and was completely blown away by the quality of the work. I am working through the voting process now and I am thrilled as each new image comes up. This is definitely some of the best work I have seen since joining dpchallenge! My compliments to everybody who submitted!!!!

I agree... these are the best of the best I've seen since joining. It's disconcerting to read that so many people are getting lower scores. I'm just blown away by that. I have given 80 per cent of these images a 6+ and I only gave low scores to the very few (and there were only a few) that were not in focus, technically very poor, lots of noise grain. I gave more 8s and 9s than ever before. I am also blown away that there were 300+ submissions. I had no idea there were so many paying members. Excellent achievement overall for DPChallenge!

Someone said in a different thread that some people vote down better images out of jealousy - in a bid to increase their own low score. I hate to be pessimistic, but this is a possiblity. I am absolutely shocked that images in this challenge aren't doing as well. I guess we'll wait to see how the overall scores go - if they're in the 7s or 6s - once the challenge is over. However, regardless of scores... I think DPCers should be proud. The quality in this challenge is outstanding.

I'm almost halfway through voting and I haven't seen anything that warrants a 1 or 2 yet. Trying to give more comments this time too. Some phenomenal photos people!! I only wish I had taken something good enough to enter myself. Cheers and goodluck.
