No that's what happens when a bunch of people charge their purchases at the same time.

I proposed to my wife at one in Chicago.

We each had our 'spending money' for the trip. Well, I kept mine unspent most of the trip. She didn't. Sometime during one of our mall visits I found a really pretty little engagement ring and bought it.

Guess what happened?

About ten minutes later...she ran out of money and asked to borrow some of mine since I hadn't bought anything yet. I told her that I must have lost it out of my pocket.

Wel...she bitched and bitched and bitched and bitched about it for about two hours....so we were in KOHL's and I just turned to her and said "I spent the money on this...so will you or not?"

At some point during the bitching, you had to consider the store's return policy.

Just once in your post... and once in the thread title... and once on the photo title. Otherwise, it was perfect.

I think someone lit a spark under the advertising department -- not surprisingly, this shocking new promotion led to a surge in sales ....

With a promotion like that, people will bolt to the store in a flash.
