Photographer assaulted by security guard as passersby look on in amazement. News at 11:00.

Is that Joey? Maybe Joey was just showing the guard how he could lick his elbow and the guard became enraged when he tried to do it himself and failed. So now the guard is trying to make Joey lick HIS elbow.

Clues:
* Crushed change cup at kid's feet
* Plastic garbage bag with unopened can of beer
* Downtown Toronto location -- looks like Front Street near Union Station
Conclusion: squeegee kid getting a ticket! |

Also of note is that these kids may be few and far between but they are ruled by the dark lord "Windextor" and therefor a force to be rekoned with. |

A rather unique variety of panhandler. Instead of just sitting there asking for money they hang around traffic intersections and clean windshields for a "donation". We have 'em here in Calgary too.

However, there are more advanced kids that will train geese, kondors, and in one extreme case there was a sighting of a flying elephant code named "dumbo" regardless to say the window was left beyond squeegee kids ability to clean.

| It almost looks like the kid was trying to give the handshake of death and the gaurd was winning (easily by the looks of it). |

At City Hall in Toronto...
1. Drunk guy says hello to drunk guy
2. Security guard says hello to drunk guy
3. Security Guard helps drunk guy get up
4. (see photo in original post, above)
5. Drunk guy tries to figure out how to retrieve can of beer from fountain without stepping in
6. Drunk guy can't figure it out and gives in
