Melbourne (many times)
Tokyo (many times - more than Melbourne)
Rome
Munich (the first time was in 1970 when there was Olympics related construction going on)
Moscow
Seoul (airport only)
Sydney (many more times than Melbourne)
Winter:
Oslo (for a day, and I saw a Woody Allen movie there in a very small cinema)
Innsbruck
Sapporo (just passed through, really)
Sarajevo (possibly - if so, just passed through on a bus to Athens from London)
Calgary
Nagano (just passed through, really)
Vancouver
