I think 'the' idea is sound, but what does 'the' fat cat industrialist, petroleum guzzling, wealthy American think?

If you look at 'Pickens' bio you will discover that he is 'the' fat cat industrialist, petroleum guzzling, wealthy American.
That 'plan' is sound for now, I almost bought a wind generator when I lived in 'the' country. |

| I have been hearing about these huge Wind Farms. If what he says is correct, then its definitely a step in 'the' right direction. I am going to pass this to my friends. |
