I am going to my sister's for the weekend and still want to be able update my photo-a-day blog. She doesn't have any photo editing software on her computer so I thought I would download something when I got there. I tried Gimp last night but I can't get the hang of it (I use PSP now). Then I tried Picasa but it doesn't have a resize option other than when you save the file, and the quality is not that great when the program automatically resizes the photo. Any other program I can get by with for a few days?

You could have a look at IrfanView

I don't know how useful this is, but what about Adobe PS Express? It's an online tool.

Adobe Photoshop express
Or similarly, there is picnik, another online editing tool.

Picnik

I haven't tried these so don't know how they would work from a resizing point of view, but maybe worth looking at.

Thanks, I had forgotten about that. Just tried it. Not bad, but cannot figure out how to crop.

Trying Picnik now but not thrilled with uploading pics because it takes so long.

Edit: Actually the editing program is pretty good, I am surprised. I think this is what I use in spite of the fact that I don't really want to have to upload my pics.
