I have the Wii...a friend of mine and myself added each other as friends. We meet in a room and can chat....how do you get from that room to "playing" mario kart? We can't figure it out...
...BTW we are both 45 yrs old ...

you have to get their friend ID for Mario Kart. The only way you can do this is by someone giving it to you and you adding them. There is no way to add them on the spot as I can recall. For example if I were to give you my friend ID you could add me. I jsut cant remember it off the top of my head. :)
