I need some help!! I'm going to be doing a last minute show on July 3rd, and I don't have any of my pieces printed or framed. I don't know how I'm going to do it, but I have to...this is my first show, and I'm really excited about it. So, can you guys give me any tips about print sizes, framing ideas, framing suggestions, etc. Here are a couple examples of the pieces I'll be showing. Thanks guys!

Nice shots! I'd flat mount those (no mat or frame) and float them. A frame is going to be too confining IMO. There are wall mounting options where you can "float" an image. Sorry, don't have a link to it right this second. If noone chimes in by tomorrow I'll take a peek. To get an idea, I have seen them available (if you have a Smugmug account - go to the discount area for members).

Thank you so much for the reply...and compliment! :) I think I see what you're talking about, but not completely sure. I checked on smugmug, but couldn't find anything under that description. Is there some way to get them mounted on foam board, and then have something attached to the back (where it can't be seen) and have that mounted to the wall? I think this is what you mean? Agh...I'm so damn nervous!

Another idea would be to print them on paper that is larger than than the image so there is a white border around them. Matte with white leaving a white border around the images and a simple thin black metal frame.

Printing them on over sized paper and matted would look very good. Depending on the type of paper they are printed on, I would go with a white mat also that is very close to matching the print paper. If they are going into frames (I would go with a very thin black frame) then you need something to keep the print off the glass. Go with a nice cotton rag mat and keep it all archival.
