I feel like an idiot. How does this work and how do I do it? Photoshop CS3, a plug-in maybe? When is it worth doing or is it worth doing at all...

Image > Image Size
In the dialof, check the box to Resample, pick Bicubic Smoother from the drop-down list, and enter your new desired dimension. |

Use Bicubic Smoother when making the image larger and Bicubic Sharper when reducing. Typically you can enlarge a photo about 20% before image degradation starts to become noticeable, but some images can be scaled far bigger without a problem. |
