Ok This is a blatant plug. I signed up at this website and frankly its pretty cool. If you are interested in free prints go and check it out here

Under the login button there is a sign-up now button. If you are interested Great, If not oh well. Its not for everyone but I thought I would share.

Thanks for the link...but I'm gonna pass. Some others may be interested.

I like the idea of free prints..but not this part of the copyrights section:

License to Photomax: As a condition to your Membership, you hereby grant Photomax a perpetual, universal, nonexclusive right to copy, display, modify, transmit, make derivative works of and distribute any Content transmitted or provided to the Service by you, solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

bump, I have printed many things here, and I have never had any issues!
And check out maxcast, as its similar to youtube, but only public if you want it to be.

I wonder if that's a way to cover their own butt if someone steals an image from them/their website? You can't sue them, assuming the line you showed from their site would hold up in court.

When you upload, you have to certify that you are the owner of the photos

I think the key part is the last part of the last sentence, "solely for the purpose of providing the Service. "

Sounds to me like they are not asking to use your work for advertising their service, or to distrubute or sell to others.

If you are talking about images with some real commercial value, then don't skimp by going to a free service in the first place.
