I am using Elements 6.0 what is the difference between the two....using photos for photo book. not for web.

thanks....that did describe it well for browser use....which would you use for print? I'm going to use these for uploading to mpix for a photobook....does the quality change between choices?

Always use Baseline Optimized. For print use a high quality setting.
