We need (team) names? Nothing too confusing I hope. - Not sure about Born Again - for me it's more like Just Beginning. That, or Curmudgeons.

Take my place. I'm feeling very overwelmed with the rest of my life right now.

Well right now I'm thinking that this tournament will officially begin with the challenges after rural and urban landscape. The 65 and over only have 4 members so I want to give them more time to find a couple more people.

The Flickr group doesn't determine the actual team i'm afraid, the actual team is listed on the first post of this topic, and we're already full.

Sorry about that..

If the 65 and older group has a problem getting more members, maybe you could combine the 55-64 and 65 and over groups into one 55 and over group. Yes, this will give them 11 members (as opposed to 9 for the rest of us), but out of respect for their old age we should allow them to have a little bit of extra help. :-)

Well, here's another solution. My schedule is really going to be hectic in July, and I have decided to drop out of the lineup.

If it works out to combine the two top groups -
making the resulting group 10 instead of 9 -

I want to be chief cheerleader for the combined top group

Let the Games Begin!

Well I think i can make an exception with having 10 members. Seeing how it is difficult to find more members.

So when do we start, what is the format, what are the rules, etc? We need to start before idnic's birthday, otherwise she will be forced to move up into the next age group, which will throw off the numbers. :-)

Starts after rural and urban landscape challenges. The format will be elimination. The rules are still being created but will be posted shortly. Don't worry about idnic's birthday :P She'll remain in the same age group the whole tournament.

Is it going to be average of all 9 members or average of the 5 best scores?..or neither?

Best 5 scores. I dont' wanna average all 9 just because I know some of us can't participate every week.
