I'm fairly certain that there is a way to sort photos taken by TIME, not just by date but the actual time of the shutter click/recording. I can't find it anywhere, so the question is....

Is there such a function? and if so, how do I do it?

I think you can, but i'm not sure this is exactly what you want.

Go into Grid view and click above any image. A menu pops up with many options for organising. There's one there for Capture/Date/Time.

In Library mode, just below the picture (or pictures, if in grid mode) of the center section, there is the letter "a" above the letter "z" with arrows around it. It says "Sort:" next to it, and the default is Import Order. Other options are: Capture Time, Edit Time, Edit Count, Rating, Pick, Label Text, Label Color, File Name, File Extension, File Type, Aspect Ratio.

Thanks guys, I knew I wasn't crazy! When LR first came out in beta, you could DL a 30 minute tutorial with short cuts and all that jazz, and I couldnt find it.

Much obliged chaps!
