Hi
I just wanted to know when creating Printable images, should i resize as per the tutorial at DPC than do any editing or , first do editing and than resize

Do all your edits except for sharpen or USM. Then resample to your print size. Then USM. Then add border (if desired). Save as your printable file. Make a "thumbnail" image by reducing this image and save it as a separate file.
My catalogue looks something like this:

1234.jpg (original file)
1234_1.jpg (edited version)
1234_1a.jpg (edited version, DPC submission size)
1234_1p.jpg (printable file made from 1234_1.jpg)
1234_1pa.jpg (thumbnail of printable file if not already on DPC)
