I think the "Photographers Comments" field when submitting a challenge should be a required field. Too often I've wanted to see what the photographer had to say about taking the shot, what the photo actually was, where the idea came from, etc. It's annoying when you want some insight and all you get is "N/A".

Well here is a twist on the 'nobody comments' complaint. LOL ;)

While I agree in principle, making it required won't really fix much. Many people would just type in something like "A bridge" or "My cat". Personally, I leave it blank occasionally. If someone wants to know something about it, they are more than welcome to use the PM feature.

Granted it, it's easier to just read a comment than to have to ask.

You point is well taken however. I personally will try to make a more concerted effort to provide more information in that field.
