Oops, sorry, been busy designing my exhibition stand for the wedding exhibition in October...
Well, I was hoping to lose 3lb this week (slowing down the weight loss previous 2 weeks) but could only manage 2lbs... Still, that is now officially a stone that I have lost in 3 weeks, so I am happy with that.. Going to be putting in some serious exercise over the next 7 days, so hoping for a 3lb loss over the next 7 days.
Week 0 - 15st 6lb
Week 1 - 14st 13lb
Week 2 - 14st 8lb
Week 3 - 14st 6lb
woohoo! I just want to get past that 14st barrier now.

A day late posting this weeks weigh in-- things still going well, and strangely enough I was a bit shy of the old exercise regime last week, still lost a little bit though...
Week 0 - 15st 6lb
Week 1 - 14st 13lb
Week 2 - 14st 8lb
Week 3 - 14st 6lb
WEEK 4 - 14st 2lb
So that is another 4lb off and 18lb I have lost overall so far, also, my belt has got 2 notches tighter and I am getting into jeans/trousers that I havent been able to wear since last February!
On another note, according to my BMI I have dropped from the Obese catagory into the overweight catagory (BMI of 33 down to a BMI of 30), so whilst I still have a way to go I am incredibly pleased with all these little achievements.
Not sure how much that is I have raised so far, must be getting close to £200 ($400).
This week is a biggy for me as I am hoping to drop below that 14st mark, fingers crossed that when I weigh myself on Monday it will sy 13st 13lb... damn that would feel good!!

Mark
Well done indeed and good luck!
I did something similar last year (//www.justgiving.com/kavey) but I'm very sad to say, didn't manage to keep all the loss off. I put most back on (though not all) and am trying to find my mojo again to get back on track this year.
I've made a donation but it's tiny, sorry, but I figure it all adds up.

Way to go Mark! Another GREAT week! Here's hoping you get to see 13st *something* next Monday! :o)
Thanks too to Kavey for the very kind donation! It's all adding up Mark, is the sponsorship encouraging you to keep going? |

It's a bit of everything that keeps me going really, but the charity aspect of it is up there.. But like I said before, getting into jeans I havent for ages and the notches on the belt all give me that real nice warm glow inside... or maybe thats just hunger.. |

OK, well I know I haven't updated my page, I will get around to it, probably this week but I am currently designing my 8 page brochures for the upcomfing wedding shws.. Its harder than you think!!
Anyway, managed to get a bit more exercise in this week which was handy as I had a bit of a large meal on Saturday night as we had family around, I also hit the Vodka & Whisky pretty hard that evening which is always a no-no on a diet, but I figured I have done so well so far that I deserved a little treat..
Week 0 - 15st 6lb
Week 1 - 14st 13lb
Week 2 - 14st 8lb
Week 3 - 14st 6lb
Week 4 - 14st 2lb
WEEK 5 - 13st 12lb!!! Woohooo, thats 4lbs I have lost this week AND the first time in around 3 years I have been below the 14st mark. I am now managing to get back into my old 34" waist jeans, I put on a shirt on the other day I haven't worn for AGES and the weightloss is massively noticable now.. I am so pleased with how it is going. I guess I had bteter go and work out how much has been raised now!
Next weeks target is 13st 10lb
EDIT - Raised about £225 now! ($450) or 8,406,687,380,562 Zimbabwean Dollars!!

OK, another slowish week, although I did go out for a curry & beer on Friday night so that probably didnt help matters. Still I managed to register a 2lb drop this week so hit my target of 13st 10lb. I am gonna up the ante this week and aim to lose 3lbs so I am hoping next week I will be 13st 7lb.. fingers crossed!! If i do manage to hit my target next week that will leave me with 21lb until I hit my goal weight.. its do-able but starting to get tougher..
Week 0 - 15st 6lb
Week 1 - 14st 13lb
Week 2 - 14st 8lb
Week 3 - 14st 6lb
Week 4 - 14st 2lb
Week 5 - 13st 12lb
WEEK 6 - 13st 10lb |

Managed to hit the target I set myself last week - no update next week as I will be away, but lets see if I can get down to 13st 2lb for the weigh-in in two weeks time. 5lb over the next 2 weeks should be do-able. Then the following week its full steam ahead to get below the 13st barrier and on the final straight towards the 12st uber-target.
Week 0 - 15st 6lb
Week 1 - 14st 13lb
Week 2 - 14st 8lb
Week 3 - 14st 6lb
Week 4 - 14st 2lb
Week 5 - 13st 12lb
Week 6 - 13st 10lb
WEEK 7 - 13st 7lb - TOTAL LOSS SO FAR = 27lb |
