Ok. I want to use two different versions of the same photo.
I want to darken the sky softly..to make it a slightly darker blue...and then impose this part of the photo over the photo with the correctly exposed model.
Anyone know how to do this?

thanks man. I have been fix it using layers..and i was just going in circles.

Thanks Mick. That article is simple and to the point, as well as offering several options for the blending technique. I almost mistyped "blinding" technique LOL.
