I went to a local Photo Fair today just to see what was there, had no intention of buying anything. Ended up spending all the cash in my pocket and would have probably spent another $800 if I had it on me. Some really great deals on lens, and filters.

I ended up purchasing several Cokin filters at $7 each, a 1.5x Tele-extender, and a Canon 70-200mm f/4.0L lens. I almost bought a 16-35mm f2.8 L but wasn't familiar enough with them to know if it was a good deal or not ($850 for the original Mark I).

Anyway I now have some new toys to play with on my trip to San Diego tomorrow. Just have to figure out how I will explain it to my wife.
