I basically have no use for this anymore. Can I sell this software or is it illegal? If I can sell it I will list it in the buy/sell forum and make somebody a good deal on it.

For all I use it, I can get the same results from Elements 5 that I have.

| Go to Adobe's website -- somewhere they have guidelines posted on the procedure necessary for legal transfer/sale of the software to another person. |

Alright then, anybody wanting or willing to go through the steps listed?
To transfer a license that is registered in your name, do the following steps:
Contact Adobe Customer Service to obtain a case number.
Note: Failure to obtain a case number from Adobe Customer Service prior to submitting the Transfer of License form will result in delayed processing.
Open and Save the Transfer of License PDF.
Follow the instructions on the Transfer of License form and fill in all the fields provided.
Write your case number and/or customer number on the form.
Both the transferer and the transferee must sign the Transfer of License form.
If you are transferring a Macromedia branded Education license, the transferee must provide Adobe with proof of educational status. If you are unable to provide a valid, current student ID that includes name, date, and a photo, then see "What is a proof of educational status?" (ServiceNote c0cb6e5) for our list of approved alternatives.
Return the completed Transfer of License form to Adobe at the address or fax number provided on the form.
